When you support the Elgin Parks and Recreation Foundation, you’re taking that joy and multiplying it exponentially.

The Elgin Parks and Rec Foundation believes everyone deserves a shot at the hoop, and so do you. Our Elgin Recreation Youth Scholarship Fund gives at-risk youth the funds to join a team, purchase a pool pass, or participate in any of Elgin’s parks programming, and your gifts make those scholarships possible.
