At the Elgin Parks and Recreation Foundation, we believe that what we do today shapes the community we’ll enjoy tomorrow. “Play It Forward” is about ensuring that every child has a safe, welcoming place to play, every family has opportunities to connect, and every resident has access to recreation that enriches their health and happiness.
